CSV Zero ライセンス

1. 「本ソフトウェア」とは、著作者が作成・配布するプログラム、データ、ドキュメントその他一切の成果物を指します。

"Software" means all programs, data, documents, and other materials created or distributed by the Author.

2. 「著作者」とは、本ソフトウェアの著作権その他の権利を保有する者を指します。

"Author" means the individual or entity holding the copyright and other related rights of the Software.

3. 「利用者」とは、本ソフトウェアを入手、利用、複製、改変、再配布する個人または法人を指します。

"User" means any individual or entity that obtains, uses, copies, modifies, or redistributes the Software.

4. 「派生物」とは、本ソフトウェアの全部または一部を基に新たに作成された改変物を指します。

"Derivative Work" means any work derived from or based on all or part of the Software.

1. 本ソフトウェアの著作権およびその他一切の知的財産権は著作者に帰属します。

All intellectual property rights of the Software belong to the Author.

2. 著作者は、本ソフトウェアに関して特定の利用者に対する独占的な権利行使を行いません。

The Author shall not exercise exclusive rights against any specific User.

3. 本ライセンスは著作権を放棄するものではありません。

This License does not constitute a waiver of copyright.

1. 利用者は、本ソフトウェアを自由に複製、改変、解析、再配布、商用利用できます。

The User may freely copy, modify, analyze, redistribute, and use the Software commercially.

2. 上記に際し、著作者への許可、報告、対価の支払いは不要です。

No approval, report, or payment to the Author is required.

3. 派生物も同様に頒布・販売可能です。

Derivative Works may also be distributed or sold freely.

4. 利用者は、本ライセンスを継承しても、または独自ライセンスを付与しても構いません。

The User may inherit this License or apply a separate license.

5. ただし、派生物を「公式版」と誤認させる行為は禁止します。

However, any indication that misleads others into believing it is an official version is prohibited.

利用者は、以下の目的または方法で本ソフトウェアを利用してはなりません。

The User shall not use the Software for any of the following purposes or methods:

1. 法令・規制に違反する行為

Acts violating laws or regulations

2. 第三者の権利・名誉・信用・プライバシーを侵害する行為

Acts infringing on the rights, reputation, or privacy of others

3. 詐欺、攻撃、マルウェア配布、スパム、なりすまし等の不正行為

Fraud, attacks, malware distribution, spam, impersonation, or similar acts

4. 公序良俗に反する、またはそれを助長する行為

Acts contrary to public order and morals, or promoting such acts

5. 著作者または「CSV Zero Project」と誤認させる表記・発言

Misleading others to believe association with or endorsement by the Author or "CSV Zero Project"

6. 商標「CSV Zero」および関連ロゴを承諾なく使用する行為

Using the trademark "CSV Zero" or related logos without prior authorization

1. 本ソフトウェアは「現状のまま（AS IS）」で提供されます。

The Software is provided "AS IS".

2. 著作者は、動作、品質、性能、適合性、有用性、継続性について一切保証しません。

The Author makes no warranties regarding operation, quality, performance, fitness, usefulness, or continuity.

3. 利用者は自己責任で本ソフトウェアを使用し、損害が生じても著作者は責任を負いません。

The User uses the Software at their own risk, and the Author shall not be liable for any damages.

1. 本ソフトウェアの利用によるいかなる損害についても、著作者は責任を負いません。

The Author shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software.

2. 故意または重過失を除き、著作者の責任は完全に免除されます。

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Author is fully exempt from liability.

3. いかなる場合も、損害賠償責任の上限はソフトウェアの対価（無料提供の場合は0円）とします。

In all cases, the total liability shall not exceed the price paid (zero if provided free of charge).

4. 本条は民法第415条および第709条に基づく請求にも適用されます。

This Article also applies to claims under Japanese Civil Code Articles 415 and 709.

1. 「CSV Zero」名称、ロゴ、その他関連商標は著作者に帰属します。

The name "CSV Zero", its logo, and related trademarks belong to the Author.

2. 本ライセンスは商標やロゴの使用権を付与しません。

This License does not grant any rights to use trademarks or logos.

3. 商標・ロゴを利用する場合は、著作者の明示的な承諾を要します。

Prior written consent from the Author is required for such use.

1. 派生物や再配布物は、本ライセンスを継承しても別のライセンスを採用しても構いません。

Derivative or redistributed works may inherit or apply another license.

2. ただし、禁止事項および商標条項に違反する行為は許可されません。

However, any violation of prohibited or trademark clauses is not permitted.

3. 著作者は、必要に応じて本ライセンスを改訂できます。

The Author may revise this License when necessary.

4. 改訂前に配布されたソフトウェアは、その時点の条件に従います。

Software distributed before revision remains governed by the terms at that time.

1. 本ライセンスは日本法に準拠します。

This License shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

2. 紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
